Award winning classic British roadster in excellent condition.
Recent work includes complete overhaul of fuel system from gas tank to carburetors. Replaced the brakes pads, shoes and wheel cylinder, drained and replaced fluid and adjusted brakes.
The steering is very precise, new tires were fitted all around and the bearings all checked and greased.
It appears that car had gone through some pretty thorough restoration about 4440 miles before we purchased it (That is the mileage that the odometer now shows).
Engine tuned and running very strong. Engine compression is good on all cylinders. Oil pressure is good. The alternator, water pump and starter all function well. We flushed and refilled all fluids and cooling includes an electric fan. Gauges have all been cleaned. Car has upgraded halogen head lamps. Upgraded mini-lite wheels and brand new tires.
After a lot of preparation the car was sent to Benitez Paint & Body in Austin for a very good paint job. We re-fitted new door window seals, re-aligned doors, hood and trunk lid. There is also an available tonneau cover and after market hard top.
